Remember, if we don't have a quorum of RSVPs, the meeting will be canceled.
and be sure to include your phone/cell phone number. 
In the event of poor weather or if there's not a quorum you'll be called or texted so that you will know of the cancellation.  We do this because some members drive from out of state to attend--it's not fair to them, and not fair to keep the host of the meeting sitting around wondering if anyone will arrive.

 DIRECTIONS TO GREENLEAVES IN AMHERST, MA

(23 Greenleaves Drive, Amherst)
indoors in the LARGE Common Room on the first floor.

• Greenleaves is right across from Stop and Shop on Route 9, (aka Russell Road).
• Turn at the Marriott Courtyard Inn (NOTE:  Sign at the turn says, VESTA) - take the second right, at the small green sign that says, "23 Greenleaves."
• Please carpool and park along the entry road....(don't take resident parking spaces)
• Use pinpad in entry.  Scroll down to FAYE then follow directions.  Lynda will let you in.
• YOU MUST RSVP TO LYNDA at:  [email protected] or call or text her at 413-374-5909
• In case of bad weather, check with Lynda before setting out!
• If we're meeting on the large deck out back, just walk around to the left of the building and you'll see the pathway to the deck.
